Just Show Up.

One of my favorite things about Crossfit is that all you have to do is show up.

Coming to 9 am class? Pull into the parking lot at 8:55 and walk into those doors.  Sit down in the front of the gym by the whiteboard. Say hi to all your friends, check out the WOD, and then the coach takes the lead. 

  • We guide you through each move in the warm up to get your blood flowing and heart pumping. 

  • We tell you what equipment to grab out. 

  • We demo/explain/break down every single movement in the WOD each day so that you never a questioning at the 3,2,1 GO what a kettlebell swing is. We keep you safe in each movement. 

  • We have recommendations for the weight on the barbell, progressions for bar work, or doing 15 instead of 21 burpees to keep you moving. 

  • We encourage you and cheer you on the entire WOD to ensure that YOU CAN DO IT.

  • We have fun all throughout the process.

When it comes to exercising, it’s really nice sometimes not to have to think. You don’t have to come up with a workout on your own or contemplate if you’re doing a deadlift right. Leave that to us. 

As your coaches, we are here to teach, support, encourage, and have you leave feeling accomplished and with a tired smile on your face. We are glad you showed up. Now let us take the lead. All you have to do is listen.
