I came to Crossfit because of the childcare available for my young kids. My first impression of the workouts were that they were challenging and different from what I've done in the past. That opinion hasn't really changed but that's what I love about Crossfit, each day is different and challenging in various ways. My happiest moment so far was getting my kipping pull-ups! My big goal is I really want to do muscle-ups! Any WOD that I'm able to do RX is a big deal but my favorite memories are about he people more so than the physical accomplishments. Any time I'm able to celebrate a milestone with a fellow mom/athlete whether it's in their life or in the gym, it's a highlight!!
