At CFUE, our Skill Sessions are similar to Personal Training except we focus on a single moment for you to improve on. Along with improving on a specific movement, we will also give you homework to help you toward reaching your goal! Are you wanting to achieve that first pull-up? Maybe you need to work more technique on a olympic movement? We will target proper technique along with movement efficiency for you to meet your goals.
Each Skill Session lasts 30 minutes. Your coach will identify opportunities for you to improve and work towards mastering the movement.
