Our Training Philosophy
Our main focus for our athletes is correct movement mechanics and properly scaled workouts along with full range of motion. We believe that any fitness program should be developed and taught so that athletes remain engaged for the rest of their lives. The foundation of our strength and fitness program is teaching flawless movements and correctly prescribing workouts so that improvements in fitness are consistent.
The goal of our training program is to measurably and consistently increase the general fitness of every athlete in our gym.
We use scientifically proven strength and conditioning methodology applied to the Constantly Varied programming structure of CrossFit, to systematically improve the overall strength and fitness of our athletes.
CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program. The CrossFit objective is to become proficient in a wide range of skill categories. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
Experienced CrossFitters may not be the very strongest athletes out there, but they are strong. They may not be the fastest either, but they are fast. Where they are exceptional, however, is in their completeness as an athlete. CrossFitters excel in their general physical preparedness, their ability to be ready for the unknown and the unknowable , and in their overall fitness and health.
