CFUE Strength Club

CFUE’s Hybrid Strength Program is a perfect meld of explosive strength exercises like cleans and snatches, with traditional strength and conditioning exercises like squats, presses, and deadlifts.

By combining these two types of exercises we can enhance muscle size, speed, agility, and power.

The program will consist of two 3-week mesophases:

1. Hypertrophy phase (or muscle growth)

2. Power Output Phase

The program will run for 6 weeks and meet three times per week. Coach Jeramy will lead our CFUE Strength Club.

Whether you are looking to change your physique, become a more powerful athlete, or just simply prefer picking up and putting down heavy objects...this program could be just what you are looking for.

***OFFICIAL START DATE IS NOVEMBER 5, 2018. THIS PROGRAM WILL RUN M-W-F FOR 6 WEEKS, ENDING ON DECEMBER 14th.

Program times are 10:15-11:15am and 5:15-6:15pm. You choose the time that works for you. THE PROGRAM IS $199 AND WILL INCLUDE AN EXCLUSIVE SHIRT.
