Introducing CFUE Foundations!
-Are you brand new to CrossFit or LightFit?
-Are you interested in trying CrossFit or LightFit, but feel intimidated about taking the plunge?
-Are you new to being physically active and looking for a lifestyle change?
-Are you a current member at CFUE and want to spend some time brushing up on the basics?
If you said “yes” to any of those statements, then CFUE Foundations is FOR YOU!
Participants must complete three foundations sessions for CrossFit and two foundation sessions for LightFit to move on to our regular classes. This program is designed to help you build knowledge and confidence in the most common movements you’ll encounter in a traditional CrossFit or LightFit class. Our intent is that you will graduate from the program feeling prepared for success in our traditional classes.
Before we have jump right into a Foundations class, we want to set you on the right path; so we have developed our No Sweat Consult. We will talk about what your fitness goals are in addition to helping you pick the right program tailored specifically for you. Part of what makes CFUE different from every other gym out there is the personal attention we give in talking about nutrition, goal setting and lifestyle.
