Thank You.

Today there are no nutrition tips, no recommendations for recovery, no inspirational words to get you motivated to workout..

We simply want to thank YOU. This words gets thrown around a lot, but I don't think we tell you enough how much we appreciate you. 


Thank you:

For the positive attitude you bring to class each time.

For showing up even though some days there are 100+ burpees on the board.

For reserving your spot for class. (even if you forget sometimes)

For encouraging those athletes around you to finish the WOD even though you're dead on the floor.

For committing to yourselves and others.

For sharing your struggles and successes outside of the gym with us.

For wiping down and putting away not only yours, but other athlete's equipment after the WOD.

For asking questions even if it may feel silly.

For inviting your friends to come workout with you.

For always wanting to improve your abilities and those around you.

For being coachable and listening to our cues.

For picking up after your children.

For following directions in class (even though you hate Active Spiderman).

For laughing at our jokes even if they aren't funny. 

For thanking the coach after class. 

For the support and community feel that is shared at CFUE.

For always being open to learning new things and giving your best.

For spending your precious time, money, and effort to make CFUE a family, a home, a haven. 200+ people gather throughout each week. Whether it's for a therapy session, just to sweat, to get stronger, to be with friends.. we all have our reason that we keep coming back.  Together we better ourselves, sweat, laugh, cry, work hard, and build relationships with one another. This isn't just a CrossFit gym. This truly is a special place.

So thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We love each member here and hope that you truly feel that with each interaction.
